We are excited to introduce Version 1.4, featuring one of the most requested features from our users — Doctor Fee Management — along with powerful improvements in reporting, usability, and system performance. This update also focuses on improving workflow efficiency, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
🌟 NEW: Doctor Fees Management (Highly Requested Feature)
The Doctor Fee (DF) feature, designed to give clinics better control, accuracy, and transparency in doctor-based revenue management.
• 💰 Commission Calculation Set up
– Owner/ Admin can set up the DF commission in the User Setting for each doctor.
– Once configured, DF details will be available within the Doctor Fee module.
– User can click and review the DF summary for each doctors.
o DF calculations will apply from the Version 1.4 release date onward, after the commission % is set for each doctor.
o Previous treatment income and commissions will not be included in the calculation.
• 📊 Accurate DF Tracking
– Owner/ Admin can easily monitor DF summaries by doctor.
– DF are automatically calculated and integrated into the invoice system; based on the treatment base price (excluding additional fees, lab fees, and inventory items).
– For partial payments, the system will first deduct additional fees, lab fees, and inventory items before calculating the DF.
– If no additional fees are applied, DF will reflect the accurate income based on the treatment price and commission percentage.
o If commission % rate is updated, the new rate will be automatically applied to subsequent treatments only.
• 💡 Future Enhancement
– Support for Special Commission Rate (e.g., specialist dentists) and DF features for doctor-role users will be introduced in future updates.
📊 CSV Export Enhancements
• Export functionality is now available for Patients, Invoices, and Expenses modules.
• Data can be downloaded in CSV format for reporting, analysis, and record-keeping.
• Export supports filters such as date range and doctor selection, ensuring relevant data extraction. Note : Date range limited within 1 month.
• Access control applied: Only authorized roles (Owner and Admin) can perform export actions.
💰 Additional Fee in Dentist Package
• A new field has been added to display Additional Fees within the Dentist Package.
• This enhancement improves cost transparency by clearly showing extra charges associated with treatments or services.
📎 Multiple Attachment Upload
• The attachment feature has been upgraded to support multiple file and image uploads.
• Users can now upload up to 5 files per entry, improving documentation and record management.
🌍 Updated Cities Data
• City data has been updated to ensure greater accuracy and consistency, improving data entry and standardization.
🎨 User Interface & Experience Improvements
• Appointment View Adjustment – Improved the appointment display for better clarity and usability.
• Invoice Sorting Enhancement – Added sorting options by Issue Date and Payment Date to help users manage and locate invoices more efficiently.
• Overall UI/UX enhancements have been implemented to provide a smoother, more intuitive, and user-friendly experience across the system.
