Information We Collect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1 Clinic &amp; Account Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect essential information required to set up and verify your clinic account, such as clinic name, contact details, user login credentials, subscription details, and payment information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2 Patient &amp; Treatment Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clinics may upload patient information including demographics, medical\/dental history, treatment records, appointments, billing data, images, and documents.<br>This data is owned by the clinic. Nova Dent acts only as a secure processor on behalf of the clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.3 System &amp; Usage Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect device information, IP address, log activities, access times, and software interaction patterns to improve system performance, security, and user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. All patient data is stored using industry-grade encryption both at rest and in transit (HTTPS\/SSL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.2 Access Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Role-based access control for clinic staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two-factor authentication support (if enabled by clinic)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic session time-outs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.3 Data Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain clinic and patient data for as long as your subscription remains active.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon subscription termination or contract cancellation, Nova Dent will retain clinic data for a minimum of three (3) years, unless a longer period is required by law.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data is retained to allow account reactivation, legal compliance, or clinic requests for data access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.4 Data Deletion &amp; Export<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clinics may, at any time during or after the retention period, request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permanent deletion of all clinic and patient data; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of their data, provided in CSV format and sent to the clinic\u2019s registered email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. Nova Dent is not responsible for data after successful export or deletion at the clinic\u2019s request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Data Ownership &amp; Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.1 Ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clinics fully own the patient and clinical data. Nova Dent does not sell, share, or use this data for marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.2 Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may work with trusted third-party providers for secure payment processing, cloud hosting, and system infrastructure. These providers follow strict confidentiality and data-protection requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.3 No Unauthorized Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Dent staff cannot access patient data without clinical permission, except when legally required or necessary for security investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.4 Research &amp; System Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clinics may request the use of their data for research purposes through formal written consent. Any approved research must acknowledge Nova Dent. User Rights &amp; Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clinics and authorized users have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access, edit, or delete patient data within the software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export patient records or clinic data upon request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request data backups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control staff permissions and access levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request account deactivation or data deletion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.
