We are excited to introduce Version 1.4, featuring one of the most requested features from our users \u2014 Doctor Fee Management<\/strong> \u2014 along with powerful improvements in reporting, usability, and system performance. This update also focuses on improving workflow efficiency, reporting capabilities, and user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf1f NEW: Doctor Fees Management (Highly Requested Feature)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Doctor Fee (DF) feature<\/strong>, designed to give clinics better control, accuracy, and transparency in doctor-based revenue management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 \ud83d\udcb0 Commission Calculation Set up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Owner\/ Admin can set up the DF<\/strong> commission in the User Setting<\/strong> for each doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Once configured, DF<\/strong> details will be available within the Doctor Fee module<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– User can click and review the DF summary<\/strong> for each doctors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o DF calculations will apply from the Version 1.4 release date onward, after the commission % is set for each doctor.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Previous treatment income and commissions will not be included in the calculation<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 \ud83d\udcca Accurate DF Tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Owner\/ Admin can easily monitor DF summaries<\/strong> by doctor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– DF are automatically calculated and integrated into the invoice system<\/strong>; based on the treatment base price <\/strong>(excluding additional fees, lab fees, and inventory items).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– For partial payments<\/strong>, the system will first deduct additional fees, lab fees, and<\/strong> inventory items<\/strong> before calculating the DF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– If no additional fees<\/strong> are applied, DF will reflect the accurate income based on the treatment price and commission percentage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o If commission % rate is updated, the new rate will be automatically applied to subsequent treatments only.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 \ud83d\udca1 Future Enhancement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Support for Special Commission<\/strong> Rate<\/strong> (e.g., specialist dentists) and DF features for doctor-role users will be introduced in future updates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcca <\/strong>CSV Export Enhancements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Export functionality is now available for Patients, Invoices, and Expenses<\/strong> modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Data can be downloaded in CSV format<\/strong> for reporting, analysis, and record-keeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Export supports filters such as date range and doctor selection, ensuring relevant data extraction. Note : Date range limited within 1 month.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Access control applied:<\/strong> Only authorized roles (Owner and Admin<\/strong>) can perform export actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcb0 Additional Fee in Dentist Package<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 A new field has been added to display Additional Fees<\/strong> within the Dentist Package<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 This enhancement improves cost transparency by clearly showing extra charges associated with treatments or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcce Multiple Attachment Upload<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The attachment feature has been upgraded to support multiple file and image uploads<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Users can now upload up to 5 files per entry<\/strong>, improving documentation and record management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf0d Updated Cities Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 City data has been updated to ensure greater accuracy and consistency<\/strong>, improving data entry and standardization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfa8 User Interface & Experience Improvements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Appointment View Adjustment<\/strong> \u2013 Improved the appointment display for better clarity and usability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Invoice Sorting Enhancement<\/strong> \u2013 Added sorting options by Issue Date and Payment Date to help users manage and locate invoices more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Overall UI\/UX enhancements<\/strong> have been implemented to provide a smoother, more intuitive, and user-friendly experience across the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
