📜 Activity Logs
A new Activity Logs module has been introduced to improve system auditing and user activity tracking.
Key Features
- Filter logs by Start Date, End Date, and Action Type.
- Review user activities and monitor important system events.
- Provides better transparency and operational oversight for clinic owners and administrators.
📌Current Support
- Currently available for Invoice activities only.
- Additional modules will be supported in future updates.
👨⚕️My Payroll (Clinic Package)
A new My Payroll module allows doctors to view their commission summaries and treatment earnings directly within the system.
Key Features:
- View treatment-based earnings and commission details.
- Track payroll information by selected date range.
- Export payroll records for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
Important Notes:
- Clinic Owner must set the commission % for each doctor in User Setting.
💼 New Finance Role
A dedicated Finance user role has been added to support financial operations without granting full administrative access.

Finance users can process refunds for:

🧪 Automatic Lab Fee Calculation
The system can now automatically calculate both treatment prices and lab fees based on the number of selected teeth.
⚙️ How to Use:
- Go to Treatment Settings.
- Select and Edit Treatment type
- Enable Lab Fees Required.
- Set Lab Fees, and Additional Lab Fees per Tooth.
Improvements:
- Automatic treatment price calculation based on selected teeth.
- Automatic lab fee calculation using the same logic.
- Automatic creation of lab fee expenses after treatment confirmation.
- Display of calculated lab fees before treatment confirmation.
- Improved pricing accuracy and reduced manual calculations.
🦷 Patient & Treatment Improvements
- Child Teeth Label Update – Child teeth now support the multiple labeling formats (e.g., 1A, 2B, or 51, 61, etc.).
- Father Name – Added a new Father Name field to the Patient Form.
- Patient List Search – Added filters for Register Date, Father Name, and Treatment Category.
- Unique Patient ID Validation – Improved validation to ensure every patient has a unique identifier.
🧾 Invoice & Inventory Improvements
- Invoice ID Search – Search invoices directly by Invoice ID.
- Inventory Item Export – Export inventory items with filter options for easier reporting and analysis.
